Space, water and light.

Intertwining these elements, the volume of the house shows a rather simple exterior. The volume is split into the ground gloor and the upper floor, each of them having its own materials and sufaces. With a direct connection to the spa and the exterior pool, the living room space is connected to the kitchen through a glass wall and to the exterior on three sides.

Each window has its own focal point and character.

The elongated terraces provide a nice view of the surroundings, and combination of the wooden finish and the rather small height of the ceiling gives a feeling of coziness.
