IB House

Overlooking a large plot, the house benefits ample views of the surrounding hills.

A key role in the concept of this house was played by the relationship between seeing and also being hidden. This feeling of seeing without being seen is created through architecture, landscape and vegetation.

The white box on top of the living space with terraces overhanging on front and the back, hides the beddrom areas,

In order to further create intimacy, the zone nearby the back of the building was excavated, taking the benefit of the slope of the plot. On the edge of the excavation, medium sized vegetation is used to create a sensation of intimacy.

The large living room area has generous views to the front and the back of the house.
