The apartment is situated in a newly built area of Brașov. The owner wanted an extra bedroom which called for a re-compartmentalization with light structures. Considerably limited, the living room area was compacted in the south and west areas of the apartment, which allowed more light inside. But the folded multifunctional furniture pieces make up for the small size of the living-room. The slight adjustments to the walls of the hallway, bathroom and bedroom simplifies the occupancy in the space.
